I’m pleased to announce that Mike Durand and I as partners have purchased the above noted property and the sale went to record this afternoon.

This will be our second condominium development which is following the very successful Seventy Sewall Ave., Brookline development.

We are excited about bringing more new inventory into Otis & Ahearn and the marketplace. More specifics will follow in the coming weeks but we wanted to give everyone a heads up before someone mentions it to you.
