Otis & Ahearn’s involvement in providing dedicated on site marketing and sales services, throughout Boston, began in the mid-1980’s and has recently expanded into select urban emerging and suburban locations. Our sales professionals offer key guidance in assisting buyers in conjunction with marketing, sales and consultation services for real estate developers, investors and financial institutions. From “conception to completion," Otis & Ahearn provides development sales and consulting services on condominium developments ranging in size from 10 to 1,000 units. Services provided range from pre-development consulting through the completion of the formal sales program to re-sale programs. The support and guidance of the Otis & Ahearn Project Marketing Division, with our on site sales teams, has since proven to be both an invaluable and efficient resource not only for buyers in purchasing, but also towards assisting our developer clients in bringing numerous new residential properties to the market.
