A native of Boston and graduate of Nichols College Robert started as an agent at Windermere Real Estate in Seattle, then quickly assumed added responsibility as a high-profile manager, recruiter and trainer. Ten years later, Robert acquired and ran his own brokerage in Needham, Massachusetts. He forged a strong name for himself serving various industry-related positions, among them regional representative of real estate business owners, member of franchise relations and business development committees, and Eastern Massachusetts Brokers Council President. Robert was a founding partner and director of training for an 18 office company in Metro Boston.
