Sold over $100 Million of residential property, both pre and post construction for the developers of the Ritz Carlton Towers in a 3 year period.

Sold over $70 Million of residential property at the Grandview, 165 Tremont Street in 8 months. Onsite sales and marketing of historic rehab of a school, The Prince on Newbury Street for the Abby Group.

Onsite sales and marketing of the Esplanade, a new construction project on the banks of the Charles River in East Cambridge. Developer – Capital Partners.

Extensive experience in selling, leasing and listing properties in the Boston area, as well as Fisher Island, Miami Florida.

Successfully marketed and sold millions of dollars of property preconstruction from floor and site plans.
