Frann has been involved with real estate for a number of years, initially on the development side through her family’s business and more recently on the sales side.
Prior to joining Otis & Ahearn, she was affiliated with the boutique firm, RM Bradley. She brings to real estate over 20 years of business experience. As a strategic business consultant to Fortune 500 companies, Frann provided business intelligence and strategic advice to corporate executives on a broad range of business issues (operational, R&D, strategy, marketing and M&A). She had her own consulting business (Bilus & Associates) and served as Global Vice President of the Consumer Products, Services and Retail Practice at a Cambridge-based consulting firm. Frann brings the same consultative style, business acumen, professionalism, attentiveness and service to all her real estate clients.
Frann holds a BA degree from University of Pennsylvania and an MBA in Marketing from New York University (Stern School of Business).
She is a Realtor® with membership in National Association of Realtors, Massachusetts Association of Realtors, the Greater Boston Real Estate Board, Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and LINK Boston. Also, she is an Accredited Buyers Representative, ABR®
