Before beginning his career in real estate, David worked in the Corporate Finance field, primarily involved in Mergers & Acquisitions. David holds an undergraduate degree in Business Management as well as a Masters degree in Finance, both from Providence College. Since joining Otis & Ahearn in 2006, David has remarkably sold over $80,000,000+ in real estate with over 150+ transactions.  David’s has worked with many corporate executives, including presidents & CEO’s of large Boston area companies, attorneys, professional sports figures, including athletes and coaches, as well as many others. David has been featured in Forbes, the Boston Globe, and the Boston Business Journal for his work with clients and views of the Boston real estate market. 

David possesses superior interpersonal skills and a strong work ethic. His experience in a mergers and acquisitions role makes him an outstanding negotiator. He has a history of being a proven leader, from being captain of the Providence College Friars hockey team in 1997 to being a lead point person in numerous M&A transactions from 2000-2005. These attributes along with his in-depth knowledge of the real estate industry, his “educated” and “seasoned” business sense, his strong contacts in the community and his understanding of his clients needs make him an ideal person to help you with all of your real estate needs. 

David lived in the North End/Waterfront area of Boston for a number of years before moving to Flagship Wharf in Charlestown. David has just recently moved to Lexington where he now resides with his wife Michelle, 6yr old son Jackson, 4 yr old daughter Sarah & 2 yr old son Chase.
