Chris has extensive experience in the blended area of general brokerage, having owned and operated his own brokerage for over seven years, and on site sales with the successful completion of Lafayette Lofts in 2004 and 360 Newbury in 2008. Chris earned his B.S. in Finance from Babson College and has been a licensed Real Estate Broker since 1994. Having lived at both the Residences at the Ritz-Carlton on Avery Street as well at the Residences at the InterContinental on Atlantic Avenue Chris has first hand knowledge of full service living in Boston
