Since 1985, the Charlestown Otis & Ahearn Office has been managed by Carol Adolph who has over 40 years of Real Estate and Sales experience.

Carol has been the procuring force, broker, head of marketing, and assistant to the Contractor on the Orchard Hill Condominium project(37 residential units), a conversion of the St. Francis De Sales School, and on the Residences at Thompson Square, (15 residential units) in the heart of Charlestown.  She has been responsible for nearly 90% of all re-sales at the 81 unit Courtyard Condominiums. For the past 5 years she has been one of the top brokers in both Charlestown and greater Boston. She has recently sold several large homes to members of the Boston Red Sox, Boston Bruins, and to an Internationally known celebrity chef.
 

Carol has lived in Charlestown for over 28 years.
