A native to Boston, Adam has been with Otis & Ahearn since graduating from Bryant University in the spring of 2007.  His experience and commitment to ethical and strategic business practices provide value to his clients whether they are interested in buying, selling, or renting.

From 2008 through 2010 Adam assisted in the sales of over $50 million of developer owned homes at the Residences at The InterContinental.  Working with, and studying closely under the sales directors, Adam gained an understanding of the intricacies involved in the buying and selling of both new construction and full service homes.

After the successful completion of on-site efforts at the InterContinental, Adam worked as the sales assistant at the W Boston Residences while simultaneously transitioning into general brokerage.  Adam’s experience with on-site sales teams has provided him an essential education and background required to negotiate either side of challenging transactions in any price range.

Adam’s commitment to teamwork extends beyond Otis & Ahearn as he has been a proud member of Boston’s Yawkey Amateur Baseball League since 2007.
